The Atlanta Micro Short Film Festival is back for its third year at Limelight Theater, and it’s unlike anything else in the city. Over 200 ultra-short films play in a single day, one after another, each telling a full story in just a few minutes.
Every May, the festival celebrates quick, creative storytelling that hits fast and stays with you. These films are short, usually under six minutes, sometimes under two. There’s no filler, no wasted time, just sharp ideas and real emotion.
You’ll see everything from dark comedy and horror to animation, drama, and experimental films from around the world. Each one lands and then makes way for the next, keeping the energy high from start to finish.
